How does the 30-day free trial work?
You get full access to every feature in your chosen plan for 30 days — no credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits your dance life, or let it expire with no charge.
Can I manage multiple dancers on one account?
Yes. Plus lets you manage up to 5 dancer profiles from one account, Pro supports up to 50, and Premium is unlimited — so you can keep everyone's schedules, performances, costumes, and details together instead of switching between separate accounts.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes — this is your dance life, and it stays yours. Your account is isolated — no other user can see your dancers, schedules, or media unless you explicitly invite them. If you want to give a co-parent, grandparent, or assistant access, you can invite them via Account Sharing and choose whether they get read-only or edit permissions, and you can revoke access at any time.
Can I import my existing schedule?
Yes — you don't have to start from scratch. You can import calendars from a PDF or ICS file, with no limit on how many imports you do, and Elevé automatically sorts events into performances, trainings, reminders, and closures.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your dance information shouldn't disappear just because you decide Elevé isn't for you. When you deactivate your account, it enters a 60-day read-only grace period — you can still view all your data but cannot create, edit, or delete entries. We'll send reminder emails before the grace period ends so you have time to export everything before all of your data is permanently deleted, and you can reactivate at any point to restore full access. If a free trial expires without choosing a plan, that same 60-day window applies before anything is permanently removed.
Do I need to install anything?
No — Elevé runs entirely in your web browser, on desktop or mobile, so there's nothing to download or install to get started.
What is 'Talk to Elevé'?
It's our voice-powered data entry feature, built for the moments you don't have a free hand to type. Instead of tapping into one field at a time, you tap the mic and speak naturally — Elevé fills in the entire form for you in a single pass.
How is Elevé different from studio management software?
